Can I apply online?

Yes, Princeton Park is a paperless community. Use the apply tab on our website to get started. 

Is there an application fee?

No, there are no application fees at this time 

Do I have to pay first and last month's rent.

A deposit and first month's rent are required for move-in. We do not collect last month's rent. 

When is rent due and how can I pay my rent?

​Rent is due by the 1st of each month. Rent is paid online via the resident portal www.princetonpays.com. 

Is there a late fee or grace period?

​No, there are no late fees at this time. 

Are any utilities included?

Yes, heat and hot water are included in the rent. 

Is renter's insurance required?

​Yes, we require renter's insurance. A minimum of $100,000 in limited liability coverage is required. Proof of policy must be provided to the leasing office prior to move in.

Can the apartments be sublet or listed on Airbnb or VRBO?

The lease does not allow for subletting or for apartments to be listed on short-term rental platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

What are the hours for the pool?

Our swimming pool is open Memorial Day – Labor Day from  9 AM to 8 PM, daily.

What are the hours for the laundry facility?

​Although the laundry facility is accessible 24 hours a day there are quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. 

What are hours of the leasing office?

​Leasing office hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM; Sunday Closed

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

While we do not offer valet trash removal or dedicated recycling, there are trash receptacles located throughout the community for residents to use. 

Do you have cable/internet available? Is there a separate charge?

All of the apartments are cable-ready. Xfinity is the local cable provider. If residents want cable/internet they can set it up with a local provider. 

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​Deliveries/packages can be sent directly to the leasing office if you will not be home at the time of delivery.

Is storage included? Is additional storage available?

​No, the community does not offer storage. 

How do I reserve community amenities?

​Reservations are not required at the time to access community amenities. 

Does this community have a pest control service?

Yes, the community has a preventative pest control program in place. 

Are there BBQ grills available?

No, we do not have BBQ grills on-site; however, there are some great parks in the area where you can grill. 

Do you have bicycle racks?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have bike storage facilities available. 

Is there air conditioning?

​Yes, one air conditioning unit is provided for each home. 

What is the smoking policy?

​We are pleased to offer smoke-free buildings in our community — buildings 678 & 700. 

I have a noise complaint. Who do I contact?

Please contact the leasing office at 978-458-8300 for assistance with resolving noise issues.

I have a maintenance/emergency maintenance issue; who do I contact?

For non-emergency maintenance issues, please contact our leasing office at 978-458-8300. For emergency maintenance issues, call 978-458-8300 (you may be transferred to our answering service for help). 

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

​Yes, cats & dogs (restrictions apply). Pet rents is $50for a cat / $75 for a dog.

What is the parking situation?

​One (1) parking sticker per licensed driver on the lease with a maximum of two (2) per apartment. The vehicle must be registered in the name of the current leaseholder.

What do I do if someone parks in my parking spot? What is the policy for guest parking?

​There is no assigned parking. Guest parking passes can be issued by the leasing office during business hours.

What is the policy for snow removal?

All vehicles must be moved from the community parking lots by 9 AM the after a snowstorm that accumulates 2 inches or more.

Are there building quiet hours?

​Yes, community quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be a considerate neighbor.

Are there restrictions for what can be put on balconies or patios?

Outdoor patio furniture and potted plants are permitted within the confines of your patio/balcony. 

Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment?

​Individual apartments do not have washers and dryers, however, we do provide laundry facilities on the first floor of each building. 

What appliances are in the kitchen?

Kitchens are furnished with GE appliances which include a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There are not built-in microwaves. 

Is there a bathtub or just a shower? Are they together or separate?

All of the apartments have shower/tub combos in the bathroom. 

Do apartments have built-in USB outlets?

Apartments are equipped with regular outlets, not USB outlets. 

When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?

These apartments were built in ​1972 there are ongoing renovations to the apartments and community throughout the year.

Is there public transportation nearby? What stop is closest?

​Yes, public transportation is directly outside of the community.

How much traffic is there in the area? Are there any times during the day/night that it is heavy?

​Traffic is light but can be moderate during popular commute times.
